Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date if your order.
- Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer store credit or an exchange.
Eligibility & Condition
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Items must be in their original packaging.
- Ineligible for Credit: Items that are returned damaged or missing original components for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for credit.
Refund & Store Credit
- All successful returns are issued as store credit that never expires.
- the credited amount will be the cost of the item minus the original shipping fee.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.
Exchanges (Sizing)
- We don't offer direct exchanges.
- I you need a different size, please follow the return process to receive store credit.
- once your credit is issued, you can use it to purchase the item in desired size if available and applicable.
How to return
- Before shipping your item back, please notify us via email so we know to expect your return.
Items not eligible for credit
- Items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit.
- Approved credits will be processed and applied to your account within 5 business days.
